>>this afternoon - hugged the students who went to sort food at Gleaners' Community Food Bank for distribution to the homeless and hungry

>>that I long for closer ties with the folks in and from Catmon

>>which one - I don't wear one but have a few

>>yes, yes, of course but as in guy??:D

>> don't know, don't care

>> at Madonna University
8. What are you listening to right now?
>> none - but, I like the soundtracks to Grey's Anatomy

>> awful - probably sweat from working at Gleaners'

>> blue, speckled with paints, mostly white paint, from working with Habitat for Humanity

>>tv, hobby stuff, etc.

>> navy blue with Madonna Alumni in front

>>lucky me, have 9 I think - Michigan: Michael and Roger; California: Joseph, Melchor, Jonathan, Joel, Job, Peter, Jesus; the Deceased ones in the Philippines: John, Jr (his grave is in Catmon and Orlando (not sure where he is buried)

>>11:00 am
15. Do you know anyone who is engaged?
>>yep.I think??

>>8

>>no
18. What color is your mom's hair?
>>black.
19. Do you have a dog?
>>nope. I am allergic

>> Auntie Evangeline taught me a lot of songs: Too Young, Hi Lili, Hi, Lili, Hi, Lo

21. When was the last time you went swimming?
>>Sometime last summer
22. When was the last time you talked to one of your siblings?
>>The other night with Donna.
23. Did you ever go to camp as a child?
>>Not really - I am a bona-fide "Catmon Impolite School" graduate.
24. Do you play an instrument?
>>errmm.. some piano but out of practice; thinking about buying drums or a dulcimer???
25. Do you like fire?
>> Yeahhh - camp fires, fireplaces, barbecue charcoal fire etc...used to build fires in the beach in Catmon and in the Kalubihan with Lola Bette to help the coconut trees and the caimito and tambis trees.
26. Are you allergic to anything?
>> A very long list of animals, fruits, perfumes and vegetables!
27. When was the last time you cried?
>> Last night I am a wimp and cry very easy!
29.Have you ever been to a spa?
>> My children gave me three visits a few Chritmases ago but I did not like it - except for the massage - loved that part!
30. Did you take science all four years of high school?
>> Of course - didn't everybody?? Biology and general science with Mr. Belarmino, Physics with Mr. Bascar and 6 years sa elementary before that.
31. Do you like butterflies?
>> love them, I try to help hatch some monarchs every year so they will not become extinct! As a school, Madonna folks try to hatch between 20 - 30. The migration is awesome - imagine butterflies flying from Canada crossing the lakes to Michigan then all the way down to Mexico. Raising $$ to help preserve endangered monarch habitat in Mexico - my boss went down to check it out a couple of years ago.
33. What is one thing you miss about your past?
>> Catmon
34. Have you ever seen the school counselor?
>> Yes, now I am one - it is part of what I do - addicted and substance abusing students are referred to me - I refer them out for treatment or therapy - it is a bio-psycho-social disease and all three components have to be addressed for recovery to be successful.
35. Have you ever wanted to be a teacher?
>> I love teaching - early childhood (my first certification now lapsed) and college level
36. What is one thing you've learned about life?
>> Life is good, God provides!
37. Are you jealous of anyone?
>> Sometimes and then reality butts in!
38. Is anyone jealous of you?
>> So I hear, but I don't see why! My lifestyle is very different from most folks, soooo - whatever floats your boat!
39. Ever been stuck in an elevator?
>> Once in New Zealand - the system was very old.
40. What does your mom call you?
>> all sorts of things a lot of them not soo good or nice.
41. What does your siblings call you?
>> The Californians call me Manang;the Michiganians - Ed or Edna
42. What does your hair look like right now?
>> Page boy bob cut, in need of some color to get rid of the grey
43. Has a friend ever used you?
>> Of course, I am a very slow learner, always giving people the benefit of the doubt but I believe that most people are good.
44. Has anyone recently told you that they like you?
>> Yeah!
45. What have you eaten today?
>> Pancakes and sausage for breakfast at 7:30 AM; Water and pretzels at 11:30 AM; Peanut butter and jelly with Dominic at 3:40 PM; rice, pork chops and a pickle with Dominic and John for dinner at 7:00 PM. I am supposed to eat 6 - 7 small meals a day but it is hard to do.
46. Is your hair naturally curly or straight?
>> very straight nga wa'y kwenta kay musukol
47. Is there someone you wanna be with right now?
>> I would love to spend time with Zack and Gus in Alabama - haven't seen them in over a year. Although I talk to them, I feel like I don't know them at all!
48. What do you wanna do right now?
>> I want to read but my book is at home and I am at Lauren's; I want to watch a Bollywood movie but I am too lazy to go out to rent one. We have another winter storm watch.
49. What are you gonna do after this?
>> Probably write - I have a couple of articles to write for publication.

wow! i posted this months ago. :) glad you had fun with it auntie. i laughed out loud, cuz mr. bascar was my physics teacher too. lol! :)
